Reverend Joseph Shannon Behan and Deborah Behan PhD, RN-BC felt the call from God to step out in faith and follow His leading to begin a work in Riviera Texas. With the inaugural service in 2019 a new church is established in Riviera where all people regardless of ethnicity, social status, or culture are welcome. Riviera Apostolic Church is associated with the United Pentecostal Church International.
